Official Statements from Public Bank Regarding the debit card‘s rumors!


The rumors circulating on social media saying that existing Public Bank Day2Day Visa Debit will be terminated from February 2016 onwards and card holder will need to pay the replacement fees for the new paywave card is not true!

网友分享:《海盐柠檬糖》的背后真相!




最近刷新面子书、微信的页面时,相信大家都会看到售卖《海盐柠檬糖》的广告。价钱定位于 RM5.50-RM11.00/包不等。广告词里推广着解渴、止咳、化痰等功效,并且都把出厂地写为:日本。利用以此的推广手法,来取得生意买卖。现在, 我们就来揭秘真实的真相,包括《海盐柠檬糖》的制造公司背景、真实功效、制作材料、等等。
1)生产地

《海盐柠檬糖》的生产地不是日本,是马来西亚!

仗着包装上的日文,买家都会以为它是日本出厂的糖果。其实它是由【马来西亚可康食品工业有限公司】制造的糖果,较多批发至马来西亚本地、中国、泰国、新加坡、越南、印尼等东南亚国家。实际来说,在日本根本找不到《海盐柠檬糖》。

2)价钱

一 开始由于各个商家或微商的销售手法,即以掩盖真实性能性的方式来炒高价钱(股票界称炒股),便以低成本高利润的方式抛售《海盐柠檬糖》。一箱20包,批发 价低于RM35,相等于一包RM1.75。



一个正常的货源模式是【总代理> 一级代理 > 二级代理 > 三级代理 > 无限代理】,这些并无关紧因为一篇论文是无法把这流程解释清楚的。


总之,《海盐柠檬糖》经由中间环节捞几笔,到我们消费者时,价钱就翻 倍了。刚开始时,行情是介于一包RM8.50-RM11.00不等,甚至还有RM14块的。你能想象这些微商是赚了多少钱吗?


不过由于市 场的热潮缩减,毕竟过了热潮期不再新鲜了,现在市场价是介于RM4.00-RM5.50。你说便宜吗?比前几个月的RM14当然便宜很多,也合算了!答案 是:不。还是贵!



在槟城的超级市场一包《海盐柠檬糖》的价格是RM3.80。在泰国的AEON,一包的价格是35泰铢,相等于RM4.00。



我们来看中国的价格。为什么中国的价格能反映出《海盐柠檬糖》真实的价格?【可康食品工业有限公司】乃是中国公司,驻于马来西亚。任何双方的贸易都是以最低利润来计算,所以看中国的价钱来计算成本是最准确的。 




 

一 包《海盐柠檬糖》是RMB 5.50,转换成马币是RM3.55,假设邮寄的价格为 RMB 0.50,那么真实的价钱扣除了RMB 5.50是 RMB 5.00。这还不包括从马来西亚运输至中国的运输费及出口税。假设这两者的消费是RMB 0.75 (市场真实价),那么 RMB 5.00 – RMB 0.75,一包的价格是 RMB 4.25(RM2.70)。


3)功效

许 多商家/微商都说它能解渴、止咳、化痰。《海盐柠檬糖》的主要成分为白砂糖、葡萄糖浆、柠檬汁以及盐。需要达到这三个功效,必须有川贝母、杏仁水、款冬 花、紫苏叶、紫菀、前胡、桔梗、陈皮或者甘草,其中一个成分。《海盐柠檬糖》只是以糖浆及食品味制成的糖果,并无法达到所说的解渴、止咳、化痰的效果。



吃 多了反而伤身,各位如果咳嗽或者有痰的话,千万别把这糖当作是药。《海盐柠檬糖》之所以这么爽口的原因是它包括了盐,盐的确能杀菌以及化痰。不过在 < 1.00%的情况下,是提不到任何作用的。


此文并非攻击《海盐柠檬糖》。《海盐柠檬糖》本身并没错,错的是各个商家的推销及经营手法,以妖言惑众及高价的方式得到高利润


奉劝各位如果要买《海盐柠檬糖》的话,看好价格。RM3.50-RM4.50才是真确的市场价格,看好价格。当一个精明的消费者是大家对金钱最基本的尊重。
